Maurice Idorenyin

Maurice studied Accounting and because of his desire to go into business, he later took up another course in Business Administration, both with the University of Calabar and Dorben Polytechnic, Bwari – Abuja. Passionate about administration, the move to business was a natural fit. He’s a well-groomed individual in the field of administration with up to date skills in the use of technology for carrying out business processes. He has been proven to adopt an entrepreneurial approach towards the implementation of effective solutions as it pertains to achieving set objectives whether as an individual or as part of a team. Working with several organizations since 2007, Maurice has had extensive experiences in Accounting, Business Management, Office Administration, Research and Subject Analysis, Report Writing and many more. He has also served with ONE Campaign as a ONE Champion, a group of selected individuals who work to support ONE Africa’s advocacy work in various campaigns such as the ‘Make Naija Stronger’ Health Campaign.

Uchechukwu Ohuonu

 Uchechukwu is a highly creative and multi-talented Media expert, content producer, Cinematographer, Video Editor, and Motion Graphic designer, with over 9years of experience in the media sector. He has shot, edited, and produced over 200 documentaries on tertiary education in Nigeria aired on both local and international TV. He has worked with academics by providing stories and designing films for the testing theory that help with education entertainment. These organizations include Middlesex University UK London where he produced videos for the STDs field experiment including monitoring field experiment. He also recorded and produced radio programs for RAND Corporation used for community interactions during the Impact Evaluation Study of Ina Mafita Radio Drama in Northern Nigeria. He has also worked for the DIME team of the World Bank where he produced introductory videos used for community engagement in 132 community screenings during the Impact Evaluation of the Social Norms Marketing Campaign in Northern Nigeria including documenting success stories for the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD). He has rich experience in development research and implementing rural pilots and have been involved in various empowerment campaigns for several NGOs including driving the sustainable development goals (SDGs), One Community Campaign etc. and has produced films on child trafficking, girl-child education, illegal migration, corruption, water and sanitation, the menace of cancer among others. He currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Abia State University, Nigeria.

Kemi Vaughan

Kemi is the Talent Engagement Specialist – African Lead covering Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and Egypt for Landing.Jobs. Landing.Jobs’ mission is to reshape the future of work. We aim to improve the journey of tech professionals—from landing a job, learning and getting paid, to deciding where to go and when to begin.

Prior to this, she worked as the State Coordinator and Technical Advisor for Employment promotion with the German Development Cooperation – GIZ , where she worked closely with government and private institutions to improve the active labor market measures in Nigeria.

Beyond her passion for Talent Engagement, Kemi is a Chartered Marketer with CIM UK, she has an MBA from Wellsprings University and a Bachelor’s degree from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo Town.

Kemi is intentional about helping young people make informed decisions in their career path. She has done this through several of her job roles which includes but not limited to being the Head of Marketing at Jobberman Nigeria and being a Journalist at Punch Newspapers where she provided articles on career insight amongst many others.

She’s also a certified trainer on Employability and Soft skills which she trains youths across Africa to make them employable.

Philip Oluwayemi

Philip is a program management and humanitarian professional contributing towards the effective coordination of national and international development programs and the cessation of global poverty and hunger. With over 5 years’ experience in working with and managing donor-funded projects including working for organizations such as the Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH), advocating with international NGOs like the ONE Campaign, he is an expert in Research Project Management, Data Quality Assessment, Real-time Data Collection and Analysis, Program Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, People-management, and Public Service.
He has been involved in the development and testing of Survey instruments for various researches and coordinates enumerators on and off the field to ensure the highest data quality. He has directly coordinated over 5 field studies for national and international clients. Philip has a Masters’ degree in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies from the University of Ibadan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), in Nigeria
